The Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our care team in Texas. You will guide Nurse Aides, safely administer medications, and execute care plans to support resident well-being.

This full-time role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to lead quality care while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies and physician orders.

Formación

• Requires RN or LVN in good standing with a Texas license.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills are required.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Ability to respond efficiently to emergencies and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement care plans in line with policies, guidelines, and orders.
• Deliver treatments as needed to maintain health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments in charts.
• Collaborate during shift reports to ensure seamless communication.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain safety by following infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacements when necessary.
