Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with nursing standards.
• Lead or direct licensed and non‑professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Assign tasks appropriate to staff skill levels and ensure quality of care.
• Implement physician orders accurately and promptly; monitor patient conditions.
