Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program and licensed in state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care and administer medications per facility policy; carry out physician orders as allowed.
