Southfield Wellness Community is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing team as charge nurse. You will help manage the assigned unit, supervise clinical staff, and uphold high standards of resident care in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Formación

• As a minimum, an unencumbered Iowa RN license (or compact state).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operations of the assigned unit.
• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained and staffing is adequate.
