Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection-control policies.
• Document nursing histories and assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and other departments.
