Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician.
• Lead licensed and non-professional staff in resident care.
• Maintain resident safety and document care.
• Assess patient condition and document vital signs.
• Communicate with patient, family, and health care team to implement the care plan.
