Job summary

Vernon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking qualified LPNs and RNs for part-time and full-time Charge Nurse roles. Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Connecticut.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work on-call rotation and weekends as required.

• Serve as charge nurse on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient care with medical director and nursing leadership.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.

**SIGN ON/REFERRAL BONUS**

Vernon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing center that is seeking full and part-time LPN/RN talent for the following schedules:

Charge Nurse:

Part-time 16 - 24 hours and Full time 40 hour- On Call rotation

$1.00 per hour is added for worked weekend hours.
