Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Broomfield Hospital is seeking a Charge RN for the emergency department. The role is on-site, nights, part-time with 48 hours per pay period, based in Broomfield, CO.

The position emphasizes direct patient care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team and a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Requirements include a BSN, RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and required certifications (TNCC/ATCN, ENPC, PALS, ACLS, BLS).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of nursing experience.
• TNCC or ATCN & ENPC or PALS
• Registered Nurse
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses
• Trauma Nurse Core Course
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• PALS Certification
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
