Job summary

UCHealth Broomfield Hospital in Broomfield, CO is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for full-time night shifts. The role delivers direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and supports safety and quality initiatives in a high-acuity ED environment.

The position requires an active CO RN license or eNLC, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC or TNCC/ATCN, and BLS. A travel package is offered; 13-week assignments are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges required.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC or TNCC/ATCN certifications required.
• BLS certification required with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department up to level 1 trauma designation.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and precept new staff or learners.
• Support safety, quality, and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced ED.
