Lead Resident Care and Live Your Best Life as an Overnight Charge Nurse!
Full-Time | Days | 6:00am–6:30pm | Every Other Weekend Rotation
Pay Range:
- LPN: $27.82 – $43.24/hour
- RN: $30.60 – $47.57/hour Based on experience, with additional shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee nightly operations, coordinate care delivery, and ensure clinical standards are met—all while helping residents Live Their Best Life with safety, dignity, and compassion.

What You’ll Do
Lead and Support Overnight Care
- Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts.
- Respond to resident needs and assist with hands-on care as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all overnight care coordination and communication.
- Assign tasks based on resident needs and staff strengths.
- Ensure all documentation, reporting, and procedures are completed accurately and timely.
- Monitor compliance with infection control, resident safety, and HIPAA standards.
- Mentor and guide team members with empathy and professionalism.
- Address concerns, emergencies, or unexpected events with calm, clinical leadership.
- Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
- Required: Current RN or LPN license in South Dakota.
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience; leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and lead effectively in an overnight care environment.
