Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Program Administrator will lead talent acquisition programs, overseeing daily operations, work assignments, hiring, performance coaching, expense management, and regulatory compliance. The role involves partnering with the HR team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs, balancing independent management with operational needs. The administrator will serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring quality and support for the program.
Responsibilities include managing work independently, resolving complex challenges, handling sensitive information, ensuring compliance, and building relationships with leaders to identify gaps and plan actions. Strong communication, consultative skills, proficiency with HR technologies, and excellent time and project management skills are essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with HR coursework is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Leadership qualities and decision-making skills are desired. Candidates must possess active RN licensure and nursing experience.
