Job summary

Oak Grove Recovery in Ohio is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff, provide supervision, and ensure compassionate, compliant care for all patients.

You will administer medications per physician orders, monitor patient conditions, document accurately, and mentor new staff while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure with 2+ years in nursing or behavioral health, demonstrated leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience, behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
