Coronado Care Center in Portales, NM is seeking compassionate LVN or RN professionals for full-time and part-time roles. We offer flexible scheduling (6AM-6PM) and competitive wages, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Join us to provide high-quality resident care in a collaborative team environment. Requirements include graduation from an approved LVN/RN program, state licensure or multi-state license, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN or RN program in the state of practice or holds a multi state license.
• Prefer two years of experience in long-term care but will work with new grads.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks performed.
• Follows procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Connaissances

RN/LVN graduate

2 years experience preferred
