Coronado Care Center in Portales, NM is hiring LVN or RN nurses for multiple shifts, including full-time and part-time roles. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive wages. Staffing hours are 6AM-6PM, with on-site interviews by appointment at 1604 W 18th St, Portales, NM 88130, USA.

We provide healthcare, dental, vision, PTO and a 401K. Qualifications include graduation from an approved LVN/RN program or multi-state license plus BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN or RN program in the state of practice or holds a multi state license.
• Prefer two years of experience in long-term but will work with new grads!
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
