Touchstone Communities in Texas is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with therapy teams, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals, mentoring junior nurses and maintaining a compassionate, faith-aligned work environment that values growth
