Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care while mentoring frontline staff.

In this on-site leadership role, you will ensure regulatory and quality standards are met and work closely with therapy teams, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals within a faith- and values-driven team.
