Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care and mentor staff to uphold high clinical standards.

In this role you will collaborate with therapy teams, physicians, and families to support recovery, long-term care goals, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
