Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN or RN in Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
