Job summary

Avir Trilogy in Texas is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead a shift, supervise the care team, and ensure residents receive timely, compassionate care on the unit.

You will direct nursing operations, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, manage staffing and resources, and maintain clear communication with staff, residents, families, and physicians.

Avir Trilogy is seeking a Charge Nurse to join our team!

We're looking for a Charge Nurse who can run a shift and still be present for the residents on it. You'll direct daily nursing operations on your unit, supervise the care team, and make the calls that keep the shift moving and the residents safe.

The other half of the job is the people working for you. Charge nurses set the standard, coach in the moment, and decide what gets escalated and when. Done well, it's the role that holds the building together.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas. [Confirm whether LVN is also accepted]
