Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide direct care to residents in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. Our team focuses on comfort, dignity, and healing in an environment that resembles a hotel with all-private suites.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the care team to support admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Job Duties:
