Job summary

Armor Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Covington, GA. You will oversee the daily nursing care activity of the unit, ensure physician orders are implemented, and coordinate with other departments to maintain safe, high-quality patient care.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, EMR proficiency, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience. You will lead, train, and mentor staff while supporting pre-employment clearance and a culture of

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 2yrs experience.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.
• Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate daily patient care activities of the unit to implement physician orders and document encounters.
• Schedule staff to ensure complete patient care coverage.
• Lead, guide, and train employees performing related processes and expectations.
• Oversee direct nursing care and provide consultation to patients.
• Coordinate services with other patient care units and allied services.
• Oversee quality assurance and infection control activities and compliance to standards.
