Leer Inc. in New Lisbon, WI is seeking a Charge, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration units. The role involves evacuating, charging, testing, and repairing refrigeration units in a production environment.
You will pull vacuum, charge with the correct refrigerant, perform leak checks, and interpret gauges and chart records to ensure proper operation. The candidate should have refrigeration training, the ability to read schematics, and experience with electrical testing.
Location: New Lisbon, WI
Shift: 1st – 5 am – 1:30 p.m. – Mandatory overtime on a regular basis.

The Charging Line Operator is responsible for evacuating, charging, testing, and troubleshooting refrigeration units. This role includes charging units to the proper refrigerant level and pressure, leak-checking refrigeration systems, testing units to verify proper operation, and interpreting chart records. This position reports to the Production Lead.
