The role is an entry point into revenue cycle work, with six months of billing or data entry experience enough to apply. You will enter charges, verify details across encounters, and resolve missing information while learning alongside coders and billers.

Charge Entry Specialist - Remote Medical Billing

Turn each visit into an accurate, complete charge - CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, provider and place of service - and get it out the door on time.

Charge entry looks simple and isn't. A wrong rendering provider, a missing modifier, the wrong place-of-service code for a telehealth visit, a date of service off by a day - each one becomes a rejection or a denial. As a charge entry specialist you are the last check before a claim is built, and the fastest way to raise a practice's clean claim rate.
