Southern California Hospitals is seeking a Charge Coordinator to manage manual charge entry and serve as a liaison for resolving charge discrepancies with department leaders. The role focuses on supporting Charge Integrity and Revenue Integrity initiatives within the hospital finance function.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with common computer tools.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in charge entry and/or hospital finance/revenue cycle.
• Customer service skills required.
• Reading/writing/communication in English required.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of medical terminology and CDM helpful.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate departmental charges with management.
• Report audit outcomes on charge errors and data processing issues.
• Ensure complete and timely entries for patient procedures and demographics.
• Collaborate with department leads to resolve charge discrepancies.
