Job summary

ProHealth Care in Pewaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Charge Capture Analyst to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of hospital charge capture for Heart & Vascular procedures. You will work closely with clinical departments, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain to make sure services and supplies are reflected in the billing record, supporting revenue integrity and patient care.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in revenue cycle, familiarity with surgical codes, advanced Excel, and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hospital charge capture or related revenue cycle roles.
• Direct experience with surgical or procedural cases and reconciling codes/charges.
• Experience partnering with CDM teams.
• Experience with Infor ERP or similar systems.
• Understanding procedural supply chain workflows, including implants and consignment inventory.
• Certifications (preferred, not required): CPC, CCS, CIRCC, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Epic charge workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of hospital charge capture for Heart & Vascular procedures.
• Serve as a key operational link between clinical departments, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure services and supplies used are reflected in the hospital billing record.
