Hawksmoor Boston is seeking a passionate Charcoal Grill Chef to join our opening team. You will manage the charcoal grill and prepare high-quality, perfectly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery and plating to a high standard.

This role requires knife skills, safe operation of kitchen equipment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work broil, grill and/or sauté.
• Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate food orders for timely delivery.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines.
• Prep food and assist kitchen staff.
• FIFO labeling and rotation.
• Meet special guest requests.
