Job summary

Hampton is hiring a Chapter Lead to own the member experience across a portfolio of Hampton chapters. You'll be the person founders know by name, the first call after they join, and the trusted partner they talk to when it’s time to renew.

Hampton runs in-person chapters across 18 cities in the US, Canada, and London. You will ensure each founder feels known, lands in an intentional Core Group, and gains real value from Hampton in their first 45 days and every month after.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in community, customer success, account management, or membership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and renewal conversation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage hundreds of relationships.
• Comfort with AI tools to deliver enhanced member care.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and Core Group placement for new members.
• Manage renewals and relationship health across chapters.
• Act as the authority for city chapters and local events.
• Capture member insights and relay to teams to shape offerings.
• Collaborate with Moderator Success Leads on group health and playbooks.
• Maintain clean member records in Hampton OS, HubSpot, and Airtable.
