Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, Divinity, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent; up to year to complete if using equivalency.
- Experience visiting the sick in a ministry capacity.
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff within a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to support holistic patient well-being.
- Uphold Mercy Service Standards and advocate for patient dignity in all interactions.
