Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend interdisciplinary team conferences and support meetings.
• Assess spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide direct chaplaincy services.
• Consult with patient's clergy if requested.
• Document visits and phone calls in medical records.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Assist with training programs and education.
