Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed one or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
• Pastoral ministry experience under supervision preferred.
• Educational credentials align with theology/ministry fields.

Responsibilities

• Provides pastoral/spiritual care to patients, loved ones, and staff.
• Completes spiritual assessments and documents as required.
• Responds to routine and emergency referrals in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with local religious communities to meet spiritual needs.
• Coordinates spiritual/pastoral ministry and bereavement care for end of life and at death.
• Provides blessing/ritual/prayer for pastoral support on request.
