Workstream is recruiting for a bartender role at our Chantilly location. The candidate will welcome guests, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide outstanding guest experiences.

You should understand customer needs, make beverage recommendations, and maintain a clean, well-organized bar with professional service. Responsibilities include menu learning, bar setup and presentation, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with safety practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn menus and make recommendations by assessing customers’ needs and preferences.
• Plan and present bar menu.

• Take orders and enter into the POS system for preparation.
• Handle payments and cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and laboratory-like sanitation.
