What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple agent partners in the assigned territory to drive sales
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets

- Identify and fulfill additional sales opportunities with existing customers
- Manage contracts and address customer issues or product problems in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven record of revenue growth
- Experience managing channel partners is essential
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Sales Software/CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or management is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valve and flow control sales experience, including spare parts, services, and repairs
- Previous experience with the Miller Heiman sales methodology
- Equivalent sales experience in similar industries
