What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, onboard, train, and support partners within a designated geographic territory
- Develop and implement a strategic regional channel sales plan in collaboration with the North America Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers
- Design and execute a regional channel program focusing on partner selection, training, and event management
- Work alongside sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop partner-led opportunities
- Manage and integrate Salesforce.com for opportunity tracking and sales pipeline management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in direct and/or channel-based storage sales
- 5-10 years of proven sales success in a storage, virtualization, or start-up environment
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology ecosystem
- Strategic expertise in enterprise storage solutions, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity and sales management
