Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior Manager of Channel Sales to accelerate growth in the US market by recruiting EPCs, developers, and partners, and driving them to close large deals.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Sales, you will manage the full lifecycle of partner-driven revenue and coordinate with Product, Finance, and Engineering to win major contracts in data centers and distributed energy space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy/power generation sales experience.
• Proven track record selling complex, high-value energy solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree; engineering or quantitative focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets through strategic channel partners.
• Identify, vet, and onboard Tier 1 partners (EPCs, Developers, Integrators).
• Lead cross-functional teams to support partners in closing high-value deals.
• Deliver training on Mainspring’s value proposition in power quality and fuel flexibility.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for national utility environments.
• Maintain data-driven forecasts and KPI-based pipeline health.
