• Facilitates resolution of production, shipment scheduling, and invoicing problems of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

• Execute post-order conversion requests from the channel partner acting as Project Manager.
• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
• Maintain and address change orders, warranty claims, expedited requests, and service coordination.
• Join a regional team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries across time zones (EST/CST).
