Qualifications

• BA degree in engineering or business required.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a channel or field environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute post-order conversion requests from the channel partner serving as Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with Schneider Electric functions to handle requests.
• Facilitate order maintenance and corrective actions including change orders, warranty claims, and shipping updates.
