Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Led Projects Leader, located near one of Schneider Electric’s US Hub locations or Centers of Excellence. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage multiple package and service projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on coordinating post-order activities, maintaining customer relations, and resolving issues across functions.

Qualifications

• BA degree in engineering or business.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, high-volume, fast-paced virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Execute post-order conversion requests from the distribution/channel partner serving as Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with functions to handle requests.
• Facilitate order maintenance and corrective actions for issues such as changes, warranties, and expediting.
• Work with a regional team to resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
