Job summary

Emerson is seeking a proactive Channel Program Specialist to manage distributor relationships and drive growth programs within the Fluid and Motion Control unit. The role balances administrative duties with external collaboration to execute channel initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate programs, maintain tools, and support marketing and pricing communications to ensure alignment with company goals. A US work authorization is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, distributor administration, or related role.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster distributor relationships.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distributor programs including inventory, POS, rebates, MAP Admin, Seismic portal, price management, Co-Op funding, certification, stock programs, and incentives.
• Provide distributors with resources and tools to support growth and align with objectives.
• Maintain and update program tools, onboarding checklists, templates, and policies in distributor portal.
• Serve as distributor contact for marketing support requests including digital content, literature, demos, and logos.
• Maintain MAP process, online tools, KPIs, templates, and regional MAP sessions.
