Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to own channel pricing and shape pricing strategy across Health Plans, Health Systems, and new product launches. You will partner with GTM, Product, Finance, and Legal to protect margins and accelerate growth.

You will establish governance, run deal desk operations, and drive pricing analytics while aligning international pricing with global guardrails. This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Pricing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Channel Pricing Strategy & Operations: develop a pricing policy, workflow, and staffing framework.
• Standardize contracting and pricing structures and create templates for channel partners.
• Track channel revenue share and margin performance; identify channel exposure.
