Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence, is seeking a Partnership Development Representative (PDR) to drive channel partnerships and partner-driven revenue. You will shepherd referrals, recruit new partners, and coordinate with Account Executives and the Sr. Channel Partnership Manager.

This role offers a hybrid work setup with offices in multiple cities and opportunities to shape a growing partner ecosystem while expanding market reach for Filevine's LOIS platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS preferred).
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity — this is a new, evolving role.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and referrals.
• A self-starter mentality with a track record of executing on growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd inbound referrals from partnership managers to AEs, ensuring meetings get booked and deals move through the pipeline.
• Act as the liaison between partners and AEs to optimize referral conversion rates.
• Track and report on referral performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage partner-sourced prospect lists to drive outreach efforts that generate new business and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven deals.
• Occasionally attend partner events to strengthen partner relationships and source new referral opportunities.
• Proactively identify and recruit new referral partners and event sponsors through outbound efforts.
• Engage potential partners across multiple channels — email, calls, social media, and events.
• Develop compelling outreach messaging and partner marketing campaigns.
• Support co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement strategies.
• Grow and nurture collaborative partnerships with SMB partners and marketing agencies.
• Prioritize timely follow-up to keep calls scheduled and leads moving forward.
• Build strong product knowledge to speak confidently about how Filevine helps partners' clients.
