Channel Partnership Lead — Applications

Reports to: Technology Services Chief Sales Officer

Location: Remote US near a major airport

Role Overview:

The Applications Channel Partner Lead is a senior strategic role responsible for expanding partnerships with leading applications and SaaS vendors including Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, GCP, Azure, and others. This role is key in driving revenue growth by engaging with partner counterparts to create new client opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure certifications and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partner Engagement:
  • Expand relationships with key applications and SaaS vendors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to enhance our technology ecosystem and revenue.
  • Engage proactively with partner stakeholders to influence and drive business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with Monks’ and partner strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Leadership:
    • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline from applications and SaaS partnerships.
    • Work with sales teams to follow up, align strategies, and convert leads.
    • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Certification and Enablement:
    • Collaborate with Foundry teams to ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
    • Drive initiatives for training and certification to maintain industry-leading capabilities.
    • Track certification statuses and address gaps proactively.
  • Market and Strategic Alignment:
    • Stay informed of industry trends, partner roadmaps, and market dynamics.
    • Translate insights into strategies to strengthen Monks’ market position.
    • Represent Monks in strategic meetings with partner executives to align vision and capabilities.
    Qualifications:
    Experience:
    • 10+ years in channel partner management, strategic alliances, or related roles within applications and SaaS.
    • Proven success in driving revenue through partnerships with vendors like Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, GCP, AWS, and Azure.
    Skills:
    • Deep understanding of enterprise software, applications, and cloud SaaS solutions.
    • Strong sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce/Hubspot.
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
