Our Team

The Programmatic and Streaming Media team is part of the Global Marketing organization at Vistaprint and operates as an “in-house” marketing agency responsible for both Brand and Performance tactics. In this high-impact role, you will work on North America CTV campaigns: scaling, optimising performance and driving measurable business outcomes. Our team is spread across the globe and is loaded with talent, with team members in Boston, Barcelona, and India.

What You Will Do
  • The Sr. Digital Media Activation Specialist will be our CTV Expert responsible for managing and optimising programmatic campaigns, developing and executing strategies to maximise reach and performance, analyzing data, and generating reports.
  • In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CTV media buying, publisher networks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs) to secure the best deals, negotiate competitive CPMs, Deal IDs, and PMP agreements to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • You will assist in the development of media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimisations, etc.)
  • This role will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to programmatic buying, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • The ideal candidate is a programmatic pro who loves diving into data-driven insights and has a passion for using CTV to shape omnichannel customer journeys.

  • 2-3 years of experience working within CTV media buying, publisher networks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Proficient in all programmatic tactics: Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home.
  • Highly knowledgeable with top programmatic ad platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc), automation tools (bidding and targeting), Google Analytics, and other media buying and creative testing tools.
  • Strong and willing team player, who isn’t afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success. Can work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day-to-day and big picture.
