Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop campaign concepts tailored for advisor-focused audiences, define key deliverables, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Act as a primary contact for channel leadership teams, addressing ad-hoc requests from sales channels.
  • Align with firm-wide initiatives that support the strategic growth of advisor-focused channels.
  • Collaborate across marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Identify and implement innovative marketing tools and technologies.
  • Stay informed on industry developments to guide strategy and benchmarking.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in financial services, with senior-level engagement in a global setting.
  • Proven success in multichannel marketing within intermediary distribution channels such as broker dealers, RIAs, and independent advisors.
  • Deep understanding of regulations and engagement rules for marketing with wire houses and broker dealers.
  • Experience with asset management firms, ETF providers, broker dealers, large RIAs, REITs, or annuity companies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data meaningfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
