Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Channel Manager to drive growth of Commvault partnerships and expand channel opportunities. You will develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Suppliers, and onboard new partners to broaden Arrow's market presence.

The role requires experience in channel sales, ability to present to diverse audiences, and a track record of negotiating multi-year software deals. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days at Panorama Office.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Commvault or similar cyber resiliency products.
• Experience selling in the Channel.
• Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels within an organization.
• Ability to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Structure and negotiate the financial framework of software deals, including multi-year agreements, and T&Cs.
• Lead discussions around subscription models, renewal strategies, and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Process-oriented and analytical.
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

What You'll Be Doing:

Growing Established Partnerships

• Proactively calls and engages with established partners to grow sales for assigned accounts.
• Rebuilds underpenetrated and neglected partner relationships.
• Sell new suppliers' solutions to partners.

Developing New Business

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, & Supplier) to ensure deal alignment and compliance.
• Proactively identifies and engages potential new channel partners to expand sales opportunities and drive growth across assigned accounts.
• Onboards new partners
• Proactively calls and engages partners to adopt/buy new supplier offerings.

Partner Engagement

• Conduct outside sales meetings with partners, suppliers, and end customers regularly.
• Position Arrow's service offerings to sell "with" the Partner community to the end customers.

Forecasting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on deal progress, margin impact, and renewal performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience selling Commvault or similar cyber resiliency products.
• Experience selling in the Channel.
• Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels within an organization.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$115,800.00 - $140,000.00 OTE

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
