Arrow is seeking a Senior Accountant, Internal Reporting to consolidate worldwide financial results and prepare executive reports. You will support intercompany analysis, ensure proper accounting treatment, and collaborate with global finance, tax, and auditors.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, 4+ years in accounting, and experience with consolidation systems. Hybrid work arrangement with some on-site days in Panorama Office. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• 4+ years accounting experience.
• Experience working for publicly traded companies and/or public accounting and/or in fast paced environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Analyze monthly financial results from businesses around the world.
• Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership including ad-hoc requests.
• Reconcile more complex balance sheet and income statement accounts.

The Senior Accountant position within the Internal Reporting team works closely with accounting and finance teams around the world to review, analyze and consolidate Arrow's world-wide financial results. Using the consolidated information, you will prepare and review financial reports for executive management and various other teams within Arrow. In this position, you will also review complex intercompany transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment while having the opportunity to improve intercompany reporting between regions. You will be partnering with various other departments including finance, tax, and external auditors to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting in an evolving and fast-paced business environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required
• 4+ years accounting experience
• Experience working for publicly traded companies and/or public accounting and/or in fast paced environments
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

Work Arrangement

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$80,100.00 - $95,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
