Job summary

AlphaSense Oy is seeking Analysts to power our Channel and Customer Research offerings. You will map the expert universe, source and vet partners, and build long-term relationships while coordinating interviews and maintaining sector expertise.

You'll design interview guides, drive outreach via email/phone/LinkedIn, screen and onboard experts, and ensure data privacy with accurate CRM records, contributing to quarterly coverage and playbook improvements.

Responsibilities

• Map the expert universe for assigned verticals.
• Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers.
• Build long-term relationships with key channel sources.
• Coordinate and monitor interviews.
• Form sector expertise through research to stay up-to-date on trends and news.
• Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to recruit experts; negotiate honoraria.
• Screening & onboarding: conduct vetting calls and ensure compliance.
• Develop target lists of distributors, resellers, customers and market participants.
• Create and maintain interview guides for different call types and sectors.
• Schedule sessions and monitor calls; troubleshoot tech issues.
• Maintain rigorous data privacy and accurate CRM records.
• Share feedback to refine playbooks and coverage roadmap.
