A leading company in the technology sector seeks a Channel Account Manager in Morrisville, NC, responsible for managing channel partnerships and achieving sales targets. As a Channel Account Manager for Lenovo, you'll be responsible for growing the indirect business in the US in partnership with CDW's Vertical Markets (FSI & Non-Profit), Northeast and Central Majors Segment to drive revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction to achieve assigned quarterly business targets. You will champion the innovative power of Lenovo's solutions (Client, Data Center, and Services), making our channel partners more productive, collaborative, and transformative. You will understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning solutions and develop strategies to help our national partners find and implement the best solutions for our mutual customers. This is a channel sales role requiring deep industry experience, expertise in closing deals, and a broad base of industry contacts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic selling, acquisition, and account management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will demonstrate team-building and leadership abilities and manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. The candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable. Channel sales experience is required, and a strong working knowledge of the channel ecosystem, distribution, and industry channel strategies is preferred.
This position will require travel and will cover targeted CDW Sales teams throughout the United States.
