Job summary

Legends in Albany seeks a Changeover Supervisor to oversee event changeovers and daily operations. You will assist with setups, coordinate with the Operations team, and ensure safety and efficiency in all changeovers.

## Changeover SupervisorApply: Albany, NY: Full time: Posted Today: R100125666Job Title: Changeover SupervisorDepartment: OperationsReports To: Changeover ManagerFLSA Status: Full-Time Hourly / Non-ExemptSUMMARY: The Changeover Supervisor assists in the supervision of the part-time changeoveroperations team during setup, breakdowns, and changes for events and ensures that changeovers are completed safely, in the configuration needed for each event, and in a timely, thorough manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers and daily operations tasks* Act on all relevant information from Operations Manager and Changeover Manager for event setups and changeovers* Train new part-time operations department employees and participate in the interview process as needed* Operate and distribute tools as required in connection with changeover and project use* Perform facility operational tasks required in keeping up the facility on non-event days* Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises changeover/operations crew as well as all team leaders. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws.
