Job summary

Comcast's Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia is seeking event staff to support concerts, sports, and family shows. Base pay starts at $28.12 per hour. Most sales roles include commission and non-sales roles may include bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work well in groups of various sizes.

• Seek improved methods for completing tasks efficiently.
• Maintain flexible schedule based on events (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Follow basic instructions and direction.

The Xfinity Mobile Arena is one of the world's busiest arenas, home of the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Villanova University basketball, family shows and concerts. Requirements

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays


• Ability to work a varied and flexible work schedule


• Ability to perform various physical tasks and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis


• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time


• Must be able to work on irregular work surfaces, such as stages, ramps, lifts, ice, dirt, or other surfaces


• Must be able to move equipment and properly handle tools


• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather


• Working knowledge and operation of a forklift/pallet jack is a plus


• Union representation and dues after 30 working day probationary period; Teamsters Local Union 500

Base Pay: $28.12
