Job description

Looking for an Organizational Change Specialist with strong communication skills, an emphasis on getting things done, and a focus on the people side of delivery. This will be someone interested in executing towards a strategy and willing to collaborate with multiple team members on both large and smallinitiatives.Ideal candidates will be willing to dive into tasks as needed – large or small – to drive efforts forward.

The Organizational Change Specialist will assist to provide pieces of a structured approach, focusing on creating training and communications to increase colleague engagement and adoption of any change management needs. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of data tools & systems (Excel, Databases, PowerBI) to assist in stakeholder communications and reporting.

The Organizational Change Specialist will provide expert communications and support within an enterprise IT to assist in the delivery of the appropriate level of Organizational Change Management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Executes against comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging, using creative communication methods.
  • Partners effectively with Change Leads, ensuring a consistent approach.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication plans
  • Design, Create and Deliver training
  • Develop graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
  • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Develop and deliver high quality verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels with clarity
  • Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
  • Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must have strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key.
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures
  • 3+ years of experience applying organizational change management approach within the corporate setting
  • 3+ years of IT support experience

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Strong organizational change management methodology experience, such as PROSCI expertise or certification or ACMP certification a plus
